  • Ocular surface: Unstable tear film, PEE, conj hyperemia (dry eye)

  • EOM: Swelling, strabismus, restricted movement, proptosis

  • Orbit: ON compression from orbital fat and EOM swelling (decreased VAs, APD, decreased color saturation)
