Adaptability
The ability to adjust oneself quickly to different conditions.
Attitude
A deep-rooted way of thinking about how one feels about a person, place, or thing; typically reflected through one's behavior.
Behavior
A manner or actions of an individual.
Bias
Considered a form of favoritism or a predetermined opinion. The belief may be either positive or negative. An attitude and not a behavior. Often it is acquired as an unconscious, learned assumption about the people in a group.
Confidentiality
The ethical principle to keep certain information secret or private.
Conflict Resolution
A process of concluding a dispute or disagreement. It mainly aims at reconciling opposing arguments in a manner that promotes and protects the human rights of all parties concerned.
Cultural Sensativity
Developing awareness that cultural differences and similarities exist and have an affect on values, learning, and behavior.
Emotional Intelligence
The aspect of human intelligence that controls our ability to recognize, understand, control, and use emotions in solving problems of a personal and interpersonal nature.
Empathy
The ability to recognize and understand the emotions, beliefs, moods and desires of another person. The ability to "put oneself into anothers shoes."
Ethics
The branch of philosophy that addresses questions about morality—that is, concepts such as good vs. bad, right vs. wrong.
Feedback

Integrity
Adherence to moral and ethical principles; honesty often plays a defining role in the soundness of character.
Persuade
Cause someone to believe or do something based on reasoning or argument.
Self Awareness
The ability to perceive aspects of one's personality, behavior, emotions, and thought processes.
Self Control
Restraining one's actions, words, or other undesirable behavior.
Self Esteem
A sense of personal worth and ability that is essential to one's identity.
Social Skills
The abilities that allow someone to interact with other people.
Stereotype
Commonly held public belief about specific social groups or types of individuals. Generally speaking, they are based on opinions.
Stress
Mental, emotional, or physical strain felt by an individual.
Vision
The ability to imagine how a country, society, business, industry, etc. could develop in the future and to plan for this.
