General Wolfe was known to be a harsh General who was not well-liked. However after his death, he was thought of as a hero and glorified in a painting. In the Battle, the British managed to overwhelm and defeat the French.

  • This royal opposition mainly came from leading people in the colonies because Britain has essentially neglected them, meaning the British colonies don’t particularly feel responsible to listen to the British government.
