“I mean, I totally get it having said that this our first time meeting each other, but if you could take a few minutes to look at the ways we have been helping other employers, at NO COST, you too would also see the benefit. Is now a good time?”
“Is this like XYZ Company?”
“No, actually what we offer is very different. It takes only about 15 to 20 minutes to go over. Is now a good time?”

“I understand that you have a busy schedule, and I usually work by appointments. I’ll be available sometime later today at 4pm or 4pm tomorrow. Which time would work best for you? or We can work something out based on both of our schedules.

“So let’s do this, I will be working with a few businesses locally in the area on Wednesday. I will stop by and put information in your hands and hit on some of the highlighted points, and if you like it, that’s great! And if not, that’s no big deal. Will 4pm or 5pm work on Wednesday for you?”
“My employees wouldn’t be interested…..”
“I mean, I understand why you might be feeling that way, but let me ask you this. If you were to find out that your employees did have interest, would you be willing to see how we could help them?”

“Ok, let’s do this. Give me time to go over it with you first and I will show you the best way to determine if there is interest. Is now a good time?”

“Hey, I understand how you feel. You see, we have other clients who also felt the same way before actually doing business with them. You see, service is big part of any benefit program, and it’s something that we as an agency take a lot of pride in. Is now a good time?”

“Very nice! It shows that you do care for your employees. So our goal is NOT to replace any benefits that you currently have, but rather to enhance your current benefit package. Is now a good time?”
