Yes- sponsorship is always relevant in outdoor spaces (the capacity is definitely larger than 25 outside)

What is the different between preset and pre-configured rooms?

Preset means the tables and chairs do NOT leave the room (often has custom furniture too). Pre-configured means that they CAN if needed, such as for a special event (and the furniture is standard black chairs and conference tables)
