Harmonic Second
Goes from one space to the nearest line
*(Even intervals go from space to line or line to space)*
Harmonic third
Goes from space up/down to next space or Line up/down next line
Harmonic fourth
Goes from space to a line / Line to a space while skipping two notes
Harmonic fifth
From a Space/Line up/down to another space/line while skipping one space/line
Harmonic Sixth
Goes from space to a line / line to a space while skipping four notes
Harmonic Seventh
From a Space/Line up/down to another space/line while skipping two spaces/lines
Harmonic Eighth
Goes from space to a line / line to a space while skipping six notes
Crecendo
gradually getting louder (Symbol Opens up)
Decrescendo
gradually getting softer (Symbol Closes)
staccato
detached or disconnected in sound or style
(Think of the keys as hot dont hold on to them very long)
Legato
smooth and connected. Joined together by a phrase
(Smoothly play one note after another)
tie
Two notes become one and played at the same time
*Hold until end of tie and then lift off*
Have to be on the same note
Minor Scales
You can always find the relative minor scale to a major scale by going 3 semitones down. These have a sadder sound while major has a more happy sound
natural: Northing raise
harmonic: 7th Note Raised
melodic: 6th & 7th note raised. Lowered on way down
Key Signature
Group of sharps or flat that regulate the scale, indicating its key

Chromatic chord exercise
Start SLOW (5 times up/down daily; right hand-> left hand-> both hands)
Start at any chord. Add a semi tone to each note to play the next possible chord. Do this for following chords One hand at a time up and down the piano one octave. Focus on accuracy, pushing forward on chords, and VOCING TOP NOTE

Ways you can spice up: Staccato, Pick a rhythm, rolling the chord, "I will learn this chord today" rhythm
