Practitioners must take steps to correct or minimize the effects of misrepresentation of their work.

Conflicts between Ethics and Law

Practitioners must take action to resolve conflicts. If unresolvable, they must adhere to the law and governing legal authority.

Conflicts between Ethics and Organizational Demands

Practitioners must declare their commitment to the Code and attempt to resolve conflicts accordingly.

Action on Ethical Violations

Harmful actions should be reported to institutional authorities. Complaints against practitioners may be lodged with the Board and the Commission.

Cooperating with the Ethics Committee

Full cooperation is required.

Improper Complaints

Practitioners must refrain from filing baseless or malicious complaints.

Unfair Discrimination

No discrimination against complainants or respondents in ethical complaints is permitted.
