Age Related Macular Degeneration (AMD)

A condition in which the macula degenerates, gradually causing central vision loss

Cataract

A condition in which the lens of the eye becomes cloudy, causing vision loss

Farsightedness

A refractive error that makes nearby objects look blurry

Glaucoma

A condition in which the pressure in the eye increases, damaging the optic nerve and causing blindness

Hemianopsia

Partial blindness or a loss of sight in half of your visual field, usually caused by brain damage

Nearsightedness

Refractive error that makes far-away objects look blurry

Hearing Aid

A small device that fits in or on the ear to amplify sound

Meniere’s Disease

Disorder of inner ear caused by a build up of fluid

Otitis Media

An infection of the air-filled space behind the ear drum
