Knowledge Management
The process of generating, capturing, codifying, and transferring knowledge across an organization to create value.
Explicit Knowledge
Knowledge that is easily expressed and shared; known as 'knowing that.'
Tacit Knowledge
Knowledge that is difficult to communicate and is rooted in personal experiences; known as 'knowing how.'

Analytics that provide recommendations for actions based on data analysis.

AI that is designed to perform a specific task or a narrow range of tasks.
Deep AI
AI that can perform tasks indistinguishably from humans.
Machine Learning
A branch of AI that develops applications that improve automatically through experience.
