Olfactory Nerve
Symptom - Impaired sense of smell and or taste.
Facial nerve
Symptom - Sagging facial muscles and disoriented sense of taste.
Vestibulocochlear nerve
Symptom - Deafness, dizziness, nausea, and loss of balance.
Vagus nerve
Symptom - Hoarseness or loss of voice and impaired swallowing
Optic nerve
Symptom - Blindness in part or all of a visual field.
Oculomotor
Symptom - Dilated pupils
Trochlear nerve and Abducens nerve
Symptom - drooping eyelid, inability to move eye is some directions, double vision.
Trigeminal nerve
Symptoms - Loss of sensation in upper face, impaired chewing and loss of sensation in jaw.
Glossopharyngeal nerve
Symptom - Impaired swallowing, chocking and bitter sour taste.
Hypoglossal nerve
Symptoms - Impaired speech and swallowing as well as deviation of tounge toward injured side.
Spinal accessory nerve
Symptom - Impaires movement of the head, neck, and shoulders.
