Murder: is the unlawful killing of a human being, or a fetus, with malice aforethought.

Robbery: is the felonious taking of personal property in the possession of another, from his person or immediate presence, and against his will, accomplished by means of force or fear.

Shooting at an Unoccupied Aircraft: Any person who willfully and maliciously discharges a firearm at an unoccupied aircraft is guilty of a felony.

Discharge of firearms at inhabited dwelling or vehicle: Any person who shall maliciously and willfully discharge a firearm at an inhabited dwelling house, occupied building, occupied motor vehicle, occupied aircraft, inhabited housecar, or inhabited camper. (Felony)
