Assault by beating
An act by which a person intentionally or recklessly applies unlawful force to the complainant
Criminal damages
A person who without lawful excuse destroys or damages any property belonging to another intending to destroy or damage any such property or being reckless as to whether any such property would be destroyed or damaged is guilty of an offence
Theft
A person is guilty of theft is he dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it
Simple possession of drugs
Shall not be lawful for a person to have a controlled drug in his possession

Entering a building or part of a building as a trespasser and with intent to steal, commit damage, or any other specified act in the Theft Act
TWOC
Without having the consent of the owner or other lawful authority, he takes a conveyance for his own or another’s use, or knowing that any conveyance has been taken without such authority, drives it or allows himself to be carried in or on it
Police caution
You do not have to say anything, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention, when questioned, something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence
