line; Posterior surface of manubrium of the sternum
I: Body of hyoid; Lower margin of the hyoid bone
A: Draws the hyoid posteriorly

Sternothyroid

O: Sternum (with sternohyoid)
I: Thyroid cartilage of the larynx
A: Pull larynx posteriorly
