Electrons

negatively charged particles orbiting the nucleus of an atom. Very small

Neutrons

neutral particle located in the nucleus of an atom

Protons

positively charged particles located in the nucleus of an atom

Molecule

a group of atoms that are held together by covalent bonds so that they move as a single unit
