Political communication is an implied protection for voters to make an informed choice.
Freedom of Religion
Is protected by s 116 of Australian Constitution.
Stops Commonwealth from establishing a state religion, impose religious observances etc. However it is not a broad individual right.
Right to Trial by Jury
s 80 of the Australian Constitution is an express right, and it provides indictable offences against Commonwealth law.
