Who were the Central Powers in World War I?

Archduke Francis Ferdinand and his wife were assassinated
Why did Austria-Hungary declare war on Serbia?
Austria-Hungary blamed Serbia for the killing of the Archduke.
Why did Russia get involved in WWI?
Promised to back Serbia, so they started to mobilize troops.
Why did Germany get involved in WWI?
Austria-Hungary Ally, Declares war on Russia (August 1st), Attacked France through Belgium and Luxembourg.
Why did Great Britain get involved in WWI?
Belgium protector, so they sent in troops to protect Belgium and Germany abundances, through it to get to France

Passenger ship attacked by German U-Boats. 128 Americans died, American Public outraged. Passenger ships were used to transport weapons and supplies

German telegraph to Mexicans saying Germany would back up the Mexicans to gain U.S. territory if they entered the war.
