POCS

• Cranial nerve palsy and a contralateral motor/sensory deficit

• Bilateral motor/sensory deficit

• Conjugate eye movement disorder (e.g. horizontal gaze palsy)

• Cerebellar dysfunction (e.g. vertigo, nystagmus, ataxia)

• Isolated homonymous hemianopia
