Anger (Pagkagalit)
A feeling characterized by intense resentment or dislike toward a person or thing because it caused harm or pain to oneself or others.
Disgust (Pagkamuhi)
An intense feeling of annoyance or loathing toward another person or thing.
Sadness (Pagkalungkot)
A state of grief or mourning associated with the loss of a loved one or an important object.
Surprise (Pagkagulat)
A feeling caused by a sudden event or thing that was not expected.
Fear (Pagkatakot)
Worry about being hurt due to real or imagined danger, accompanied by a perceived inability to overcome that danger.
Acceptance (Pagtanggap)
The feeling of accepting what is offered or given, or a sense of tranquility resulting from being accepted by others.
Joy (Pagkagalak)
An intense feeling of pleasure, happiness, or gladness.
Anticipation (Pag-asam)
A positive feeling or the act of waiting for a good event to happen in the future.
Emotional Quotient (EQ)
The skill of having high awareness and effective skills to manage emotions based on rational foundations for long-term happiness and responsible social interaction.

Intrapersonal Intelligence
The skill of self-interaction, which involves understanding one's own feelings, interests, goals, and the impact of emotions on one's personality.

The effective expression of feelings based on their appropriateness for a specific occasion or situation.
Self-Understanding (Pag-unawa sa Sarili)
Choosing to manage negative emotions such as fear and despair by focusing on reflection to achieve emotional healing.
Emotional Healing
A process where resentment subsides and recovery occurs through focused understanding and reflection on one's emotions.
Positive Relationships and Connection
The practice of expressing love, appreciation, and regular praise to friends and family to strengthen relationships.
Personal Decision-making
Analyzing desired actions and their possible outcomes while ensuring that the mind and emotions dictate the same decision.
Exercise and Leisure
A method to release emotions in a positive way, reduce stress, and manage emotions in a healthy and effective manner.
Assertiveness (Pagiging Asertibo)
Expressing problems or shortcomings in a gentle manner rather than an aggressive or violent one to ensure proper communication and respect.

The most ideal method for conflict resolution (Pag-aayos ng Salungatan) where both parties benefit from the outcome.

The skill of reflecting on one's inner self and engaging in prayer and communication with God to aid in personal spiritual development.
