“When do you plan on working out?” “We have over 2600 locations worldwide, and we are open and staffed 24/5 - so we’re open 24 hours Monday through Thursday, Friday we close at 10, Saturday we re-open 7AM-7PM.” “We even have a crowd meter on our app that updates in real time to let you know how busy we are so you can choose a time that works best for you.”

Cardio area

“This is our cardio theater where you’ll find treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, and bikes that are all beginner friendly. We also call it our cardio theater because each machine is placed we have tvs placed right in front of the machines and you are able to enjoy watching whatever you’d like while working out. You’re also able to plug in head phones to whatever machine you’re on so that you can hear the audio.” “If you have any questions about the cardio and how to use it any team member is happy to help.”

Weight Machines

“Our staff sanitizes the machines daily and our members like to clean the machines before and after use using our sanitization stations. All you do is get a piece of paper towel, spray it and wipe down the piece of equipment you just used.” “Now just like our cardio area all weight machines are beginner friendly. “do you current have a workout routine? Are there any kind of specific exercises you enjoy?” “Well each machine has a diagram to show you exactly how to use it, and we have a helpful QR code on each one that shows you a video on how to use it. And of course if you have any questions I or any other team member would be happy to help.”

30 min area

“This section is made for your convenience and for you to get a full body workout in just 30 mins. it works on a red and green light system, red is to signal you to stop whatever machine you’re using and green is to signal you to start whatever one is next.”

360

“Next up we have our PF360 which is our most versatile piece of equipment with different sections to choose from, including stretching bands and medicine balls. You can scan the qr codes on it as well and each one will bring you to a demonstration video on how to use them. This is our trx, you can train a lot of different parts of your body with it and it has over 60 exercises on the planet fitness app. “Do you have any questions about PF360 and the trx?”

Locker Rooms + Bathrooms

Lead to locker room area by cardio, stand by water fountain. “Over here are our bathrooms where you’ll also find our locker rooms. Our lockers are day use only so we do ask that you please do not leave anything in the lockers overnight. Each bathroom has individual showers and changing areas that are sanitized regularly by our staff. Would you like to check out the locker room?”

“Alright, well are you interested in tanning?” “We have lay down and standup tanning options, with tanning you are limited to one tan every 24 hours, you must present eyewear, and you must be 18 or older per Illinois law.”

“Our stand up tanning beds are stronger which is why you get 9 minutes when using them vs our lay down beds where you get a limit of 12 minutes instead. Our stand up beds are stronger than our lay down ones because of the higher bulb wattage and because you get a 360 tan with them.”

Black Card Spa part 2

“Now this is our TBE, our total body enhancement standing booth that uses beauty angel lights to enhance skin complexion and it has a vibrashape pad at the bottom with 4 different intensities to tighten, tone, and firm your body.” “Now this is our Hybrid that combines UV tanning and Beauty Angel light technology to give you a soft tan while also enhancing complexion.”

Black Card Spa part 3

“These are our hydro massage beds that are perfect for recovery after a workout. They offer numerous benefits including reducing muscle soreness and inflammation and speeding up recovery. There are 10 different intensities you can choose from and you can also target certain parts of your body like if you had an intense leg workout you’re able to have the bed target just your legs. Prices

Sit down across from them, make the paper only face them as you start off with black card membership and dash each one and check each one that the member was interested in like if they tried tanning, hydro, and wants to bring a guest make the dash a plus. Then for prices add the fees in as well.
