• Is the ability to influence or outright control the behavior of people.

• The ability to dominate another person or group.

• The ability to work with others to get something done by cooperation.

• Usage of power to influence policy decision.
NON-DECISION MAKING POWER
• Power as agenda setting to keep threatening issues below the policy radar screen.
THOUGHT CONTROL POWER
• A function of the ability to influence others by shaping their preferences.
COERCIVE POWER
• Threat and Intimidation, It's a form of power where compliance is achieved through fear or the expectation of negative repercussions.
REWARD POWER
This power can be a strong motivator for employees, encouraging them to meet goals and improve performance.
• Tangible Reward
These have a monetary value and include things like salary increases, bonuses, promotions, or gifts.
• Intangible Rewards
These are non-monetary and can include things like praise, recognition, a sense of accomplishment, or opportunities for growth.
