Current (I)
The flow of electrical charge, defined in the notes as how many electrons pass every second. Its unit is Ampere (A).
Resistance (R)
A measure of how difficult it is for electrons to pass (the harder it is, the greater the resistance). Its unit is Ohm (Ω).
Voltage (U)
The force that drives the current of electrons through a circuit. Its unit is Volt (V).
Ampere (A)
The unit of measurement for current (I).
Ohm (Ω)
The unit of measurement for resistance (R).
Volt (V)
The unit of measurement for voltage (U).
Ohm's Law Equation (U=I⋅R)
The formula stating that voltage (U) equals current (I) multiplied by resistance (R).
Current Calculation Formula (I=RU)
The rearranged formula used to calculate current (I) by dividing voltage (U) by resistance (R).
