Chloroplasts
Organelles responsible for photosynthesis, functioning analogously to how mitochondria relate to aerobic respiration.
Mitochondria
Organelles associated with aerobic respiration that are not part of the endomembrane system.
Mcloid region
A feature unique to bacterial cells compared to eukaryotic cells.
ATP
A product that is not generally stored in vacuoles.
Endomembrane system
A network of cellular organelles that does not include mitochondria.
Photosynthesis
The process carried out by chloroplasts, corresponding to aerobic respiration in mitochondria.
