God is the source of right and wrong and encourages people to act with kindess

God is good but also existence. Evil is the lack of goodness. So evil doesn't actually exist, it is the absence of good so it wasn't created.

It is a internal guide of what is right and what is wrong.

Moral law known by reason. Every culture believes in basic principles. 

How do cultures that initially appear to contradict natural law actually support natural law? 

They still have a value for human life they just have a different way of going about it. They don't have real intentions to kill people they are trying to protect other human life.
