Belief has always been a part of life

Strength= Gives meaning to both joys and struggles of life
Weakness= Inability to understand other paths
Path of Disbelief
Organized religion holds no appeal and god doesn’t/can’t exist

Strength= Detect hypocrisy and tale non of the bland reassurances of religion for granted
Weakness= Expect gods presence to be proven intellectually
Path of Independence
Separation from organized religion, but still believe in god/something

Strength= Fresh perspective
Weakness= Perfectionism sets up any organized religion for failure
The Path of Returning to God
Fall from faith, religion becomes distant, something sparks them to return to god

Strength= Often return more committed
Weakness= Carry childhood faith to adulthood (they must re-educate)
Path of Exploration
Toggling between multiple faiths, seeing what best fits

Strength= Other religions enhance own spiritual practices and renewed appreciation for own home religion
Weakness= Not settling for any religion because none are perfect and lack of commitment
Path of Confusion
People find it easy to believe in God one moment, and then next they find it impossible. Not fallen from faith, but not connected
Strengths and Weaknesses of Path of Confusion
Strength= Helps fine-tune approach to their childhood faith and constantly refining their ideas about religious commitments
Weakness= Confusion can lapse into Laziness
