Utilisation Results object. These records are created by starting/scheduling a Utilisation run. This is done from the PSA Admin page.

What Permission Set do you need in order to access Utilization Run?

For Analytics:

• How is the Integration User created in the org?

Salesforce automatically creates the user when Analytics is installed.

You must then give it:
