widely supported bill that aimed to level the playing field for independent pharmacies by requiring the State Health Benefit Plan to reimburse them at rates equal to chain pharmacies; however, it was vetoed by Governor Kemp due to funding concerns, though the related issue of pharmacy reimbursement continued to be discussed
