Didn’t you say you wanted to leave?

Nǐ bú shì shuō yào zǒu ma?

你不是说会走吗？

Didn’t you say you would leave?

Nǐ bú shì shuō huì zǒu ma?

我的事不用你担心

My business isn’t something you need to worry about

Wǒ de shì bú yòng nǐ dānxīn

好久不见了，快…进来坐

Long time no see! Come on in, sit down

Hǎojiǔ bú jiàn le, kuài… jìnlái zuò

我就不进屋了

I’m just not going to go into the house, then. / I won’t come in

Wǒ jiù bú jìn wū le

这是你的事，我就不管了

This is your business， I’m just not going to deal with it / get involved

Zhè shì nǐ de shì, wǒ jiù bù guǎn le

A: 今天晚上要不要一起吃饭？

B: 谢谢你的好意，我就不去了，今天有点累

A: Want to grab dinner together tonight?

(Jīntiān wǎnshang yào bu yào yìqǐ chīfàn?)

B: Thanks for the offer, I'll pass, I'm a bit tired today

(Xièxie nǐ de hǎoyì, wǒ jiù bú qù le, jīntiān yǒudiǎn lèi)

这是他的问题，我就不解决了

This is his problem, I'm just not going to solve it

Zhè shì tā de wèntí, wǒ jiù bù jiějué le

这件事说来话长，我就不解释了

It's a long story, I'll just not explain.

Zhè jiàn shì shuō lái huà cháng, wǒ jiù bù jiěshì le

太麻烦了，我就不去了

It’s too much trouble, I’ll just not go (Tài máfan le, wǒ jiù bú qù le)

More examples:

我就不打扰你了 I won’t bother you any further. (Wǒ jiù bù dǎrǎo nǐ le)

谢谢, 我就不客气了 Thanks, don’t mind if I do (Xièxie, wǒ jiù bú kèqi le)

我就不留下来了 I won’t stay (Wǒ jiù bù liú xiàlái le)

时间不早了，我就不聊了 It’s getting late, I’ll stop chatting now (Shíjiān bù zǎo le, wǒ jiù bù liáo le)

既然你很忙，那我就不去了

Since you're busy, I won't go then

Jìrán nǐ hěn máng, nà wǒ jiù bú qù le.

反正下雨了，我们别出门吧

It's raining anyway, let's not go out

Fǎnzhèng xiàyǔ le, wǒmen bié chūmén ba

反正你也不信，我就不解释了

You won't believe me anyway, so I just won't explain..

Fǎnzhèng nǐ yě bú xìn, wǒ jiù bù jiěshì le

反正明天不用上班，我们晚点睡吧

We don't have work tomorrow anyway, let's stay up a little late.

Fǎnzhèng míngtiān bú yòng shàngbān, wǒmen wǎn diǎn shuì ba

More examples:

不管你怎么说，反正我不去 No matter what you say, I'm not going anyway

(Bùguǎn nǐ zěnme shuō, fǎnzhèng wǒ bú qù)

反正你不喜欢这家饭馆的菜， 我们就不去吧

Since you don't like this restaurant's food anyway, let's just not go

Fǎnzhèng nǐ bù xǐhuān zhè jiā fànguǎn de cài, wǒmen jiù bù qù ba

Anyway, that was when you were a kid, don’t overthink it

fǎnzhèng shì nǐ xiǎohái de shíhou, bié duō xiǎng ba

I don’t even dare to look

Wǒ dōu bù gǎn kàn

我不敢相信

I don’t dare to believe it (Wǒ bù gǎn xiāngxìn)

他什么都不敢做 He doesn’t dare to do anything (Tā shénme dōu bù gǎn zuò)

我保证，绝对不敢骗你 I promise, I would never dare to lie to you (Wǒ bǎozhèng, juéduì bù gǎn piàn nǐ)

我连想都不敢想 I don’t even dare to think

保重

Take care (Bǎozhòng)

Context: a common way to say goodbye when parting, especially if it’s a longer separation or a more serious/emotional moment

More examples:

请保重 Please take good care (qǐng bǎozhòng)

好好保重身体 Take good care of your health (hǎohǎo bǎozhòng shēntǐ)

为何还是找不到你？

Why can’t I find you, even now？（more literary/formal/dramatic) than weishenme

Wèihé háishì zhǎo bú dào nǐ?

以后有什么需要帮忙的，尽管说

In the future if u need any help just speak up.

yǐhòu yǒu shénme xūyào bāngmáng de, jǐnguǎn shuō

下次还有机会，别灰心

There’s still a chance next time, don’t lose heart
