Effect of light

In bright light , transpiration increases, the stomata open wider to allow more carbon dioxide into leaf for photosynthesis

Effect of temperature

Transpiration is faster in higher temps

Evaporation and diffusion are faster at higher temps, warms air so lowers the water potential of the air, so water potential gradient is steeper

Effect of wind

Transpiration is faster in windy conditions

Water vapour is removed quickly by air movement, speeding up diffusion of more water vapour of of the leaf. Lowers the water potential of the air, so water potential gradient is steeper

Effect of humidity

Transpiration is slower in humid conditions

The diffusion of water vapour out of the leaf slows down if the leaf is already surrounded by moist air.
