And the union knows about this too, that’s why your union president set up the benefits for the members in such a way that it does not conflict with what you have, it only adds to it. Now the benefits that you had already paid for through your union dues have been processed and I’m assigned to walk you through the benefits showing you how and when to use them. I noticed that you did not qualify for the union’s permanent benefits. Every families that I met with have them and you don’t.

What happened? DId they said why you did not qualify?
