The Council of DC make rules & regulations regarding the conduct of all insurance companies that do business in DC. All agents and brokers must be licensed by the who to sell insurance in DC. Any partnership or corporation that solicits or negotiates policies on behalf of an insurer also must be licensed as an insurance agent. To renew an insurance license, an agent must certify to the commissioner that the agent has successfully completed at least how many credit hours of approved CE, including at least how many credit hours of what, within the what before the expiration of the license.

The Commissioner may suspend or revoke the license of an agent or insurer. Anyone whose license is revoked can what the commissioner’s decision within how long. The Commissioner may issue a temporary what (PL) for a period not to exceed how long without requiring an examination if the temporary REPEAT is necessary for the servicing of an insurance business.

It is illegal for anyone to make an insurance contract or agreement other than that plainly expressed in the policy. The term “what” (VC) does not include any what (EM), what (PM), or what (AoM) that costs less than how much, regardless of whether a policy or contract is purchased.
