when the foots sole turns medially
eversion
when the foots sole turns laterally
supination
when the forearm rotates laterally so the palms face anteriorly and the radius and ulna are parrallel
pronation
when the forearm rotates medially so the palm faces posteriorly.

the action by which the thumb touches the tips of your other fingers on the same hand
