Give the 3 steps to find the altitude of a straight line
1) Find the gradient from A to B
2) Find the perpendicular gradient of gradient from step 1
3) Find the equation of the straight line using the perpendicular gradient and point C

Give the 3 steps to find the median of a straight line
1) Find the midpoint of A to B, using formula
2) Find the gradient of the straight line using midpoint from step 1 and point C
3) Find the equation of the straight line using gradient from step 2 and point C

Give the 4 steps to find the perpendicular bisector
1) Find the gradient of the straight line from A to B
2) Find the perpendicular gradient from step 1
3) Find the midpoint from A to B, using the formula
4) Fine the equation of the straight line using the perpendicular gradient from step 2 and midpoint from step 3

What happens when you are trying to figure out the gradient and it is number/0 or 0/number
If it is number/0, this means it is undefined and the answer would be x=( the value that gives 0)
If it is 0/number, this means it is 0 and the answer would be y=(the value that gives 0)

State what directions the following graph types move:

What are the 3 steps to finding the inverse functions
1) Change to y=…..
2) Change the subject to x
3) Change the x back to f-1(x) and y back to x
