Family: Emerged from sea foam. May have been daughter of Ouranos. Siblings are Titans, Cronus, Rhea, Hyperion, etc. May have been daughter of Zeus, in which case her siblings were Ares, Hephaestus, Apollo, Artemis, etc.

Family: Daughter of Leto and Zeus.

Athena/Minerva

Family: daughter of Zeus and Metis (was born from Zeus’ head). Half-siblings were Hermes, Dionysus, Aphrodite, Ares, Hephaestus, Persephone, Artemis, and Apollo.

Love: never married but turned down a proposal from Hephaestus. Other stories say Hephaestus tried to violate her.

Family: son of Iapetus and Clymene. siblings included Prometheus, Epimetheus, and Menoetius.

Drama: fought against the Olympians. turned to stone by Perseus. briefly replaced by Heracles during his labors.

Demeter/Ceres

Family: daughter of Rhea and Cronus. siblings are Hestia, Hera, Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades.

Family: son of Zeus and mortal princess Semele of Thebes. Semele was killed by Hera and this god was sewn into Zeus’ thigh until he reached maturity. Half-siblings include Apollo, Artemis, Hermes, Athena.

Eros/Cupid

Family: often regarded as child of Aphrodite and Ares, in which case his siblings would be Phobos, Deimos, and Harmonia. Also could have been the child of Chaos, in which case his siblings would be Gaea, Tartarus, Erebus, and Nyx.

Love: associated with Psyche. may have been married to Psyche.

Gaea/Terra

Family: gave birth to a tribe of Titans and also the parents of the Olympians. married to Ouranos. considered mother of the universe.

Love: married Ouranos

Drama: led a war against Ouranos because he sealed the Titans in her womb. led the Olympians in a war against the Titans after Cronus ate the Olympians (his kids). led the Titans in a war against the Olympians after Zeus imprisoned the Titans in Tartarus.

Family: daughter of Cronus and Rhea. siblings included Zeus, Hestia, Demeter, Hades, and Poseidon.

Love: married to Zeus.

Drama: frequently punished Zeus’s affair partners and his children. Fought with Zeus over his constant infidelity.

Family: son of Zeus and Maia (one of the Pleiades). half siblings include Apollo, Artemis, Athena, Ares, and any of Zeus’s kids.
