Backhand

Throwing the frisbee when stepping with your dominate foot, and holding the frisbee with your thumb on top, pointer finger on the side, and 3 fingers underneath.

Forehand

Step with your opposite foot, pinch it, and throw it (ad if you’re throwing a dice)

crab catch

if over your chest, you pinch it in the air with your thumbs under, if under your chest you pinch it with your thumbs on top.
