Integrate + Fire Neurons
Neuron adds up all incoming signals + fires an AP if threshold is hit
Ex. If thresh is 3; 1 + 1 = 2 → Dont fire
Ex. If thresh is 4; 1+1+2 = 4 → Fire
There can also be a -1
