Supple Pes Planus Windlass Test PT:
the presence of a medial longitudinal arch when weight-bearing disappears when the patient is weight bearing. The windlass test is positive if pain is produced during part C.
Supple Pes Planus Windlass Test IM:
if the medial longitudinal arch disappears when weight bearing, a supple pes planus is present, if no arch is present in non-weight bearing; a rigid planus pes is present; windlass test: pain during the single leg-heel raise
