Auto Multi-Level Lists

A feature used to set up Question Papers or documents with hierarchical numbering such as Que 1), Que 2).

Mail Merge (Auto Multiple Recipients)

A word processing feature that creates multiple versions of the same document, notice, or invitation for different recipients automatically.

Drop Cap

An advanced document layout feature that enlarges the first letter of a paragraph to take up several lines of text.

Footnotes

Additional notes placed at the bottom of a page to define difficult words or provide references to books.

Conditional Formatting

A spreadsheet feature that applies specific formatting to cells based on logical criteria or conditions.

VLOOKUP

An Excel/spreadsheet function used to search for a value in the first column of a table and return a value in the same row from another column.

HLOOKUP

An Excel/spreadsheet function used to look for a value in the top row of a table or array of values.

Goal Seek

A spreadsheet tool used to find the necessary input value to achieve a specific desired result or goal.

Pivot Table

A data management tool in spreadsheets used to summarize, analyze, explore, and present large amounts of data.

Floor & Ceiling

Mathematical functions in spreadsheets used to round numbers down or up to the nearest multiple of significance.

Slide Master

A feature in PowerPoint used to create and customize the design template and layout for all slides in a presentation.

Incognito Mode

A web browser setting that allows users to surf the internet without saving their browsing history, cookies, or site data.

Remote Access Apps

Software such as AnyDesk or Team Viewer used to access and control another computer over an internet connection.

Auto Duplex Printing

A printer feature that automatically prints on both sides of a sheet of paper without manual flipping.

ADF Scanner

Automatic Document Feeder; a component that allows a scanner to automatically process multiple pages of a document one after another.

Collated Option

A printing setting used when making multiple copies of a document to ensure they are printed in sequential order (1, 2, 3…) for each set.

Canva

A graphic designing application used for creating social media graphics, logos, birthday greeting cards, and desktop banners.

SNAG IT

A professional screen capture module used for capturing the computer screen, including scroll capture and video capture.

Scroll Capture

A specialized SNAG IT feature that allows for the capture of long web pages or documents that extend beyond the viewable screen area.
