Classification: Angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Indications: Hypertension (HTN), congestive heart failure (CHF), acute myocardial infarction.
Synthroid (levothyroxine)
Classification: Thyroid. Indication: Hypothyroidism.
Glucophage (metformin)
Classification: Biguanide. Indication: Diabetes mellitus type 2.
Zocor (simvastatin)
Classification: HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. Indication: Hypercholesterolemia.
Lipitor (atorvastatin)
Classification: HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. Indication: Hypercholesterolemia.
Lopressor (metoprolol tartrate)
Classification: Beta-blocker. Indications: Hypertension (HTN), angina, myocardial infarction (MI).
Nexium (esomeprazole)
Classification: Proton pump inhibitor (PPI). Indication: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Classification: Opioid combination. Indication: Pain.

Classification: Calcium channel blocker (CCB). Indications: Hypertension (HTN), coronary artery disease.

Classification: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Indications: Depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder.

Classification: Angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). Indications: Hypertension (HTN), diabetic nephropathy, stroke prevention.
Lasix (furosemide)
Classification: Loop diuretic. Indications: Edema, pulmonary edema, hypertension (HTN).
Zithromax (azithromycin)
Classification: Macrolide. Indication: Bacterial infection.

Classification: central acting nonopioid analgesic and antipyretic. Indication: Pain/Fever.
