Data to compare against and it is collected from a specific population
Why are health and safety considerations important in a fitness test
The tester must ensure that the athlete is not injured and are fit enough to be tested
Why is accurate measurements important for fitness tests
Must be accurate so they can be compared against in the future
Why is reliability important in fitness test
When a result is repeatable it becomes reliable eg. If an athlete does a bleep test one morning and then the next day gets a completely different score
Why is equipment and facilities available important for fitness test design
You must have access to a safe environment and equipment to complete the tests
Why does sequence of tests matter when fitness testing
By completing the easiest tests first and the harder ones last so you can get accurate results (so ur not knackered for the rest of them if u start with the hard ones)

The quality of the test is only as good as the person conducting it
