Guarantee
A promise from the seller to provide a remedy if the product or service is unsatisfactory.
Legal Guarantee
A guarantee mandated by law, usually for a minimum of two years.
Commercial Guarantee
A guarantee provided by the seller that can be valid for more than two years.
