A 5oz. glass of table wine is equal to a 12oz. bottle or can of beer which is equal to 1.5 ounces of 86 proof liquor.

Points for license suspension

Suspension for unlicensed persons

Driving privileges will be suspended or postponed to any UNLICENSED person (13 to 21 years of age) convicted of Graffiti conviction, False alarms, purchasing or consuming alcohol.
