“Do not doubt your successs, doubt your own voice telling you can’t do it. Belief you can do it, ignore when past solutions failed and were promptly hard-wired into you as a new teacher. Don’t be stupid, just be on the bright side and confident.”

“Don’t let yourself be limited by metholodgy. Remember where you see yourself and focus on that. Sometimes the answers will come to you. Be open to that possibility. Be open to uncertainty and chaos, instead of letting yourself be bogged down by constant planning.”

“Sometimes the solutions will come to you without planning. Or you simply cannot see them yet. Be open to that possibility, keep an eye out and don’t get dragged down by current absences. Don’t do this alone and all on yourself, use what you can when you can.”

“You will always be aking risks. It’s just a question of which risks you choose to take. Furthermore, you need to understand that not taking a risk is still a risk. If you want to achieve You2 (You Squared), you’ll have to understand you’ll lose something whether you do or do not take something, but you’ll gain something too.”

“You can’t just want it, you have to take the steps to achieve it. You can envision it all you want, but envisioning doesn’t do half as much as doing.”

“Don’t be afraid when failure hits you. Furthermore, don’t be afraid when the cards seem down. This builds you up and looks scary, it always will. Failure and anxiety will try to soothe you back into normalcy, your doubts, but don’t let it. You can feel sad, but don’t get trapped in it and expect it to last forever.”
