-Guaranteed collective bargaining rights for industrial workers 

-Also focused on business cooperation within an industry, to make sure prices were set reasonably for everyone 

-Biggest action was creating the NRA which fought to protect the average employee and maintain fair business practices

-Focused on the Tennessee River Valley and modernizing it, hit very hard during the depression

-Built hydroelectric dams to provide electricity to the poor in Tennessee, also flood control to improve land usage 

-All this work provided jobs as well

WPA

--The__ was the largest and most diverse of the New Deal public works programs.  It was created to alleviate the mass unemployment of the Great Depression and by the time it was terminated in 1943, the __ had put 8.5 million Americans back to work.
