The Great Commission

The instruction given by Jesus in $Matthew\,28:16-20$ to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to observe His commands.

The number ($11$) of Jesus' direct followers who met Him on a mountain in Galilee and witnessed His ascension.

Mountain in Galilee

The location where Jesus directed His disciples to go, where they worshiped Him, though some doubted.

Holy Spirit

The source of power that Jesus told His disciples they would receive before becoming His witnesses.

Witnessing Scope

The geographic progression of the disciples' mission: Jerusalem, all Judea, Samaria, and to the end of the earth.

The Ascension
