Triggers uterine contractions (Childbirth) Moves milk (Breastfeeding) and bonding

Controls fluid balance, blood pressure, and blood salt levels by telling kidneys to save or release water

What does Growth Hormone do? (GH)

promotes growth from single cell to newborn. Slows down when an adult

Targets thyroid gland and releases TH, T3 and T4 control your metabolism and daily energy

What does Adrenocorticotropic hormone do? (ACTH)

Travels through blood to tell your adrenal gland to release cortisol, glucocorticoids, and other hormones to deal with stress
