What are three factors required for Minority Influence?
Consistency, Flexibility and Commitment
What is Consistency?
When the minority group as a whole agrees on the same view and keeps these same views throughout their whole campaign.
What is Flexibility?
When the minority is not too dogmatic and respects and/or accepts compromises and counterarguments.
What is Commitment?
When the minority shows they are dedicated to their cause/belief and make sacrifices for it.
What is conversion?
When the majority accepts and then adopts the views of the minority.
