On sole of foot, in the depression formed when the foot is in plantar flexion, at junction of anterior 1/3 and posterior 2/3 of line connecting base of 2nd/3rd toes and heel.
In depression formed when toes curled.

KD-2

Anterior and inferior to the medial malleolus, in the depression on lower border of the tuberosity of the navicular bone.

KD-3

In the depression between prominence of the medial malleolus and achilles tendon.

KD-4

Posterior & inferior to medial malleolus, in depression anterior to the medial side of the attachment of achilles tendon, 0.5 cun posterior to midpoint of line drawn from KD-3 & KD-5.

KD-5

1 cun directly below KD-3, in depression on the medial side of the tuberosity of the calcaneum.

Note: Where achilles tendon inserts into calcaneum.

KD-6

In the depression below the tip of the medial malleolus.

KD-7

2 cun directly above KD-3 on the anterior border of the achilles tendon.

KD-8

0.5 cun anterior to KD-7, posterior to the medial border of the tibia.

5 cun directly above KD-3 at the lower end of the belly of m. gastrocnemius, on the line drawn from KD-3 to KD-10.

When the knee is flexed, at the medial end of the popliteal fossa, between the tendons of m. semitendinosus and semimembranosus, level with UB-40.
