Aseptic technique scrub time

The donor site must be scrubbed for a minimum of $30\,\text{seconds}$ using a providine-iodine scrub.

Maximum blood collection volume

Must be $\ge 16\,\text{yrs}$ or conform to state law.

Allogeneic Donor Temperature Limit

The oral temperature must not exceed $37.5^{\circ}C$ or $99.5^{\circ}F$.

Allogeneic Donor Blood Pressure (Systolic)

The systolic pressure must be between $90-180\,mmHg$.

Allogeneic Donor Blood Pressure (Diastolic)

The diastolic pressure must be between $50-100\,mmHg$.

Allogeneic Donor Hgb/Hct (Females)

The minimum requirements for females are a hemoglobin level of $\ge 12.5\,g/dl$ and a hematocrit of $\ge 38\%$.

Allogeneic Donor Hgb/Hct (Males)

The minimum requirements for males are a hemoglobin level of $\ge 13.0\,g/dl$ and a hematocrit of $\ge 39\%$.

Allogeneic Donor Weight Requirement

The minimum weight required for donation is $110\,lbs$ ($50\,kg$).
