Socially Strategic
Sales KPI - number of engaged leads - how many potential leads have been contacted or we had met with.

Can you think of a situation where you thought convincing someone of you view point/ opinion would have been beneficial to the outcome ?
When we were choosing our consultancy project in Canada, those in my group wanted to choose the Tech company that would help them boost their Linkedin profile, I wanted to choose the sustainable company, the smaller lesser known company because i knew we would have more interactions with the CEO, more responsibilities and I am super eager about all aspects of sustainability

Q. On a scale from 1-10, 1 being sales and 10 being research, where does the associate role land?
4 - As an associate we have to be persuasive, engaged and willing to be on the phone for large periods of our day. This comes with market research.
Q. What are some of your weaknesses?
1. My confidence can sometimes come off as pride - when I feel that I know a lot about something, I can become confident I am the best in that particular space. I have no problem taking the lead in these projects, and I understand how that can come across as prideful
2. Sometimes less analytical than I would like to be - as a result I am pushing myself to do better in excel, and am currently undergoing a course in blocchains
Q. Can you think of a project where you failed and learned something valuable
I declined a final interview at ScotiaBank, because of my mental health
Favourite thing about BREAD process?
Researching during [Recruit] stage -- understanding the market before identifying the experts. I love market research
Least favourite thing about BREAD process?
Not being able to implement the recommendation

Q. Tell a story about a time where you helped a customer solve a problem with your solution.
PikkPro - developer (majority shareholder) at the time stepped down from his role. Client is COO. Developer had irrational demands wanted to keep domain name.
I read through the entire contract and built a compromise between the developer and the COO, we managed to keep the domain name and full control of the company
Q. Tell me about a time that you received constructive feedback and how you implemented it.
I was told by a professor that I don't answer questions directly and that I tend to go on tangeants.
Now I answer question first, if I have information related to the question I say that second.
