Replaced the Court of Land Registration.
Land Registration Commission (LRC)
Took over the powers and functions of the GLRO and was in direct control of the Registers of Deeds (RDS).

Reorganized the LRC into the National Land Titles and Deeds Registration Administration (NLTDRA).
Land Registration Authority (LRA)
Agency under the Department of Justice responsible for issuing decrees of registration and certificates of titles
